What is the inspiration behind your product ranges?
We work with all natural vegetable fibres so our inspiration is always about organic, sustainable alternatives to plastics.
What is your point of difference?
All our products are handmade in Sri Lanka by women's co-operatives and Fair Trade companies. We believe that the choices you make create the world you want and look at the whole life cycle of a product from the women that make them, to their use as natural and toxin free plastic alternative to their end biodegradability, for us it is a matter of Importants.
What is the story behind your products?
We are always creating new natural fibre alternatives to replace plastics and chemicals within the home. We work with our women in Sri Lanka to create designs that are not only beautiful but functional as well as being ethical and good for the planet. Each product has a story about the makers as well as their sustainability.
